2006-2015
OMNI-CHANNEL SALES STRATEGY @ T-MOBILE
Led cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle’s ATG Ecommerce platform with Sprint’s existing retail systems to establish a dynamic new “Buy Online/Instore Pickup” function and create the digital platform for Sprint’s Next Generation Store.
Initiated Sprint’s social media program in the form of product ratings and reviews and user forums to generate customer trust and loyalty. After a year this functionality was fully integrated into Sprint.com.
